VELUX skylights are an energy-efficient way to bring daylight into the core of a home. Skylights and Sun Tunnels brings natural light into a home greatly decreasing the need for electricity while maintaining privacy. Installing a skylight is one of the most impactful ways to enhance both the brightness and beauty of a room.

  • All VELUX skylight glass are triple coated with LoE, dual sealed and injected with Argon gas. Laminated glass includes a 10 year warranty on glass breakage due to hail. For out-of-reach applications.
  • Features laminated glass with a Neat glass coating that keeps your skylight cleaner, reduces unwanted outside noise, is energy efficient, with added safety and protection from UV rays.
  • Superior corner key design eliminates exposed fasteners for improved weather performance and aesthetics. Closed cell foam gasket seals skylight to the curb preventing water and air infiltration.
  • No need for caulking. Interior white frame sits on site-built curb. Exterior fastening eliminates need to enter the home during installation. Neutral Grey exterior blends with all roofing colours.
  • Includes insect screen, operator hook and crank handle. Control rods (ZOZ 032 - 2 ft. or ZCT 300 - 6 to 10 ft.) are available for out of reach applications
  • Slopes 0 to 20:12 (0-60° degrees). In rooms with high humidity, install above 14°. Consider solar powered blind, as it is installed on sash, near the glass, the other side of the insect screen. KKS
